Security

If you see something suspicious, please report it to the police by calling 9-1-1 (Emergency) or 231-2121 (Non-Emergency).

Going out of town? Let the HOA board know your address and the dates you will be gone – we’ll have security check up on your home while you are away.

Dues

Residents who are current on their dues can enjoy the many facilities of Lansbrook (parks, greenbelt, lake, social events, and pool) for free.

Homeowners dues are currently $201.05 per quarter (Updated April 1, 2025) and are due the end of the month billed.  Interest is charged on unpaid balances on the 1^st of every month at 10%.  Dues are billed on Jan 1, Apr 1, July 1 & Oct 1 every year.

Please indicate your invoice number on your check.  Make your check payable to Lansbrook Association.  Our mailing address is
